Our Story

Los Osos Woodworking Company (LOWWCO) started in the most unexpected and delightful way. My wife—then my girlfriend—wanted shelves shaped like mushrooms. I thought, “Sure, I can figure that out.” A few prototypes later, I had crafted two whimsical mushroom shelves that found their home in her She Shed.

Fast forward a year, I had a thought: if she loved those shelves that much, maybe other people would too. And just like that, LOWWCO was born.

At LOWWCO, our mission is simple: to make quirky, handcrafted wooden items that bring joy to my wife, friends, family—and hopefully, to you too. We believe in creating pieces that are functional, full of character, and made with love on the Central Coast of California.
